The first picture is how the final work looks like. In the second picture, I've shown how I created a strip. As this is an abstract work, feel free to use your own ideas, textures and patterns. I use masking tape to create the portion I like. and paint over it.
When using different techniques and materials, it is important that is all sticks together. In few of the strips, I've used fluid painting technique, in others I've used patterns. For the fluid, use a hairdryer to dry the paint.
After the background is done with fluid painting technique, and it is completely dry. I want to make different patterns. For the same, masking tape is used and bold strokes are added.
You can even use embellishments like craft laces to decorate it. Or create textures using pointed objects like an unused pen.
